Every work on the site has a price and can be bought today with a card, PayPal or Shop Pay. It ships from Las Vegas within two business days, insured, with its letter of authenticity. Prefer to pay by bank transfer, or to see it first? Write to us from the work's page.

Each work takes an offer. Use the Make an offer button on its page: tell us a number and we answer within a business day, with a yes, a no or a counter. An accepted offer becomes an invoice you can pay from your inbox, and the work is held for you for 48 hours.

A release is an edition offered by application rather than first come first served. Apply during the window; nothing is charged. When it closes the works are allocated, members drawn first and higher tiers before lower, and everyone hears the same day. If you are allocated, a payment link arrives by email and you have 48 hours to pay. One work per person per release.

Anyone who has bought from Robinhood in the last twelve months, at auction, in the gallery or through an offer. Members see each release a day before it opens and are drawn first. There is nothing to join and nothing to pay.

Every dollar you pay for a work earns a point, double on a release; tax, shipping and card fees do not count. A hundred points are a dollar, to spend from five hundred as a single-use code at the store or against one of our invoices. Points lapse eighteen months after they are earned. Collector, Silver ($5,000), Gold ($15,000) and Platinum ($50,000) follow your last twelve months and decide the order of the draw in releases. Your balance and history are on the My points page.

Every work we sell has been in our hands, photographed and described by us, and comes with a letter of authenticity from Robinhood Auctions. Prints are described with their edition, signature and printing method, exactly as the sheet shows. If a detail is unclear, ask: we have the work in the room and can photograph the margin.

Shipping is a flat $35 anywhere in the United States and $70 to the rest of the world, whatever the size of the work; a large framed piece or a sculpture costs no more to send than a print. Works leave Las Vegas within two business days of payment, insured for the full price, by UPS or FedEx with a tracking number sent to you. Framed works travel in a fitted box or crate. Duties and taxes outside the United States are the buyer's.

All sales are final. The exception is a work that is materially different from its description, which we take back for a full refund; tell us within seven days of delivery. Every parcel ships fully insured. If a work arrives damaged, keep the packaging, photograph the box and the work, and contact us within 48 hours: we file the insurance claim and make it right.
